  • Do you provide medical services?

    No LuxeLife Care provides non-medical support only.

  • Is there a minimum number of hours?

    Yes. All visits require a 4-hour minimum.

  • When is payment due?

    Payment is require at the time of booking.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

    Less than 24 hours - 50% fee applies.
    No-shows - full service fee applies.

  • Are you available 24 hours?

    Yes. We are available 24 hours by appointment.
