Welcome to LuxeLife Care. By booking services, scheduling a consultation, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

LuxeLife Care provides non-medical, in-home support services for adults and seniors. Services may include personal care assistance, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders (non-medical), errands, and appointment accompaniment.

LuxeLife Care does not provide medical services, skilled nursing care, or clinical healthcare of any kind.

If medical attention is required, clients should contact emergency services or a licensed medical provider.

2. Booking & Payment

All services require a minimum of four (4) hours per visit.

Payment is required at the time of booking in order to reserve a caregiver.

Rates are as follows:

  • Weekdays: $25 per hour

  • Weekends: $28 per hour

  • Holidays: $30 per hour

Appointments are not considered fully confirmed until payment has been received and required client information has been submitted.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • 24+ hours notice: No fee

  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled service total

  • No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service total

This policy ensures fair compensation for caregivers and protects scheduled time.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during booking and intake.

  • Maintain a safe environment for caregivers.

  • Inform LuxeLife Care of any health conditions, mobility limitations, or safety concerns.

  • Secure pets or any potential hazards during service visits.

LuxeLife Care reserves the right to discontinue services if the working environment is deemed unsafe.

5. Limitation of Liability

LuxeLife Care provides non-medical support services only. We are not responsible for medical outcomes, health complications, or events outside the scope of agreed non-medical services.

While we strive to provide professional and dependable care, LuxeLife Care shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services provided.

6. Emergency Situations

In the event of a medical emergency, caregivers may contact emergency services (911). Clients or responsible parties are financially responsible for any emergency medical services rendered.

7. Privacy

Client information is collected solely for the purpose of providing services. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

8. Service Modifications

LuxeLife Care reserves the right to update service offerings, pricing, and policies at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website.

9. Agreement

By scheduling services or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
